The name and logo

The logo is a simple design of an elephant in the shape of a message bubble.  The name ELECARE comes from elephants being seen as a symbol for Alzheimer's disease.  They are known for their remarkable memories, and therefore represent hope for finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
